RSS, Without the Noise

I’ve always liked RSS.

You choose what to follow. New posts appear in order. There’s no algorithm deciding what should make you angry or keep you scrolling.

It represents a version of the web I care about.

I’ve tried many RSS readers over the years and never quite found the perfect one for me. So I decided to build it.

Inkstead is a calm RSS reader for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It’s divided into three areas: Today keeps unread posts close. Saved is for stories you want to come back to. All keeps the full library within reach.

Of course, you can import your feeds from another reader. Or you can start fresh with a few suggestions. Everything stays in sync through iCloud, without needing a separate account.

There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics.

It’s just a reader. Hopefully a pleasant one.

If you miss the calmer web or just want a simple way to keep up with the sites you care about, give Inkstead a try.
